When was your company established and who are its founders?

MPH System Specialties, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Florida in June 2002 and later in Georgia in 2006. Michael P. Huggard founded the corporation, developed Strike-Hold® CDLP and is the President/CEO of the Corporation.

What background and experience do your officers have?

Michael Huggard has over 40 years sales and management experience. He spent 11 years (mid-60s to mid-70s) in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division (2/504th) as a Ranger and a Paratrooper. His most recent position before starting MPH was Vice President of a major chemical maintenance company. Michael serves as Military Affairs Director.

Dorothy Huggard has 20 years experience in business management and 5 years of office management. Dorothy relocated to Georgia recently to help manage a greater share of the company. She currently serves as Vice President and CFO, as well as handling sales and administrative functions.

Both Mike and his daughter Dorothy reside in Dawsonville, Georgia.

We are registered in CCR and with Dunn & Bradstreet. We are also registered vendors with various City and County Governments throughout Florida and Georgia.

How can I make a purchase?

All of our products are sold by the case or more directly through us (see Contact Information). Purchases by the can, case or individual container can be made through a dealer when one is available in your area. Visit our Retailers page to find a dealer near you.

What forms of payment are available?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and all Government-issued IMPAC/purchase cards as well as cash or check. Government contracts are accepted on a net 30 basis.

Not at this time, however several purchase options are available in order to make Strike-Hold® easier to purchase and access worldwide. We are continually working to make our product more widely accessible and easier to purchase for our military and federal government customers.
